1. General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ba333 platform and all of its services. By registering an account on ba333 or beginning to use the platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on ba333, you must be 21 years of age or older. We may request a copy of a government-issued ID at any time for age verification. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person's name, all accounts and any bonuses credited to them will be cancelled. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If any information changes, the support team must be notified immediately. Providing false or misleading information gives ba333 the right to suspend or close the account.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following payment methods are currently accepted at ba333: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. If verification is required for any reason, it may take slightly longer.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ba333 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 — total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. A wager of 10 times the bonus amount is required. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the original deposited funds.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used to play games.
• ba333 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, both the account and the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period — unused bonuses are cancelled after expiry.

ba333's VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players are automatically promoted to higher tiers through regular play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week and special privileges.
